King Oyster, Pleurotus eryngii

Additional Notes:  I have only tried this one twice.  The first did well, but only on the first flush.  The second contaminated heavily during colonization.  Generally disappointing, but I think it has promise.  The quality of the mushrooms was outstanding.  I used 4 bags of spawn on this batch.  The last picture was taken at 22 days from inoculation.
